The DJ deck

Resident DJs from noon under the big yellow umbrella. Daytime house, disco edits, and the moment the sun drops, something louder.

The cabanas

Six private cabanas on the skyline edge. Your own server, magnums on ice, and the best seat for the four o'clock saber.

Sabrage at four

Every edition ends its brunch service the same way: a blade, a bottle, and four hundred coupes raised at once.

Brunch is the new nightlife

and Sunday is the new Saturday

01

Golden light, not strobe light

Doors at eleven. The city, the mountains, and a yellow umbrella over every table. You can see who you are talking to.

02

A real brunch

Seafood towers, eggs benedict done properly, pastries by the dozen. Served, not buffeted, from noon to three.

03

And then the saber

At four the music turns, a bottle is opened with a blade, and the afternoon becomes the night without anyone leaving the roof.

The day, hour by hour

Eleven to Sundown

One roof, one long table, and a running order we have kept since the first edition. Scroll sideways.

Arrival

Arrival

11:00

A flute at the door, a wall of orange roses, and the first look at the roof before it fills.

Brunch

Towers land on the long table. Three courses, poured continuously, under the umbrellas.

The set

The set

14:00

Chairs get pushed back. Daytime disco, orange smoke in the sun, and the dance floor finds itself.

Sabrage

Sabrage

16:00

The blade, the bottle, the whole roof with a coupe in the air. Then the lights come on and nobody goes home.
